IAUS 402 will take place at Hotel Coral y Marina, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. 

We have reserved a number of rooms at a discount rate for attendees. The discount code will be circulated once your contribution is accepted. Alternatively, you may request this code by e-mail to: iaus402@astro.unam.mx.

Reservations with the discount code must be done prior to July 14th 2025 and preferably, prior to May 14th, when half of the rooms originally at the discount price will only be available at the regular price.

We greatly encourage you to reserve a room at the conference hotel. Although other logging options are available in Ensenada, public transportation to the venue is limited to taxis and a limited number of ubers.

Please consider sharing a room with another attendee if possible. A form will be circulated for this purpose.
