Poster Guidelines

Details for presenters (boards, sizes, upload, and logistics)

For the posters, we have wooden poster boards of 52" × 52" with a height of 78" (including the feet). Thus, your poster can be of A0 size or smaller. We will provide the means to pin the posters to the boards.

The poster number assigned to your work will be published on our website (poster program section) as soon as possible. This number will be displayed on the poster board, so there is no need to print it on your poster.

Posters will remain up all week but must be removed by Friday, September 19th, 2025 at 1:00 pm.

Electronic Poster Upload

Since this is a hybrid meeting, please upload a PDF version of your poster for virtual participants:

Upload Poster (Google Drive Folder)

Place your file in the session folder that best fits your topic. You may also use the other_topics folder.

File Naming Convention

Example: <poster number>_LastName — e.g., 51_wofford, where the number corresponds to your assigned poster.

Conference Proceedings

Poster articles will be included in the conference proceedings. Detailed instructions will be provided during the conference.

Discussion Platform

Prior to the conference, you will receive an invitation to join the Zulip platform (similar to Slack). Feel free to join if you wish to have written discussions regarding your poster and/or conference-related matters, with virtual and in-person participants.

Additional Notes

  • Because the program is packed with talks and 40+ posters, there will be no poster flash talks.
  • There will be a scavenger hunt with prizes to encourage attendees to explore the posters.
