Abstract
A spectral classification of selected Delta Scuti stars has been carried out. Some of the classified stars have been recently discovered and in about half of the considered stars no previous spectral classification was reported. The absolute magnitude and (b-y) color were derived from the spectral type found for each star and these values fixed their location in both the H-R diagram and the Period-Luminosity Color Relation.
