Abstract
From the equivalent widths of the absorption lines and shape of the continuum, the authors analyze the stellar population in the inner 2 - 3 kpc of 9 Seyfert 2 galaxies. From the widths and relative intensities of the emission lines they also derive physical parameters and chemical abundances for the gas.Similar Articles
