Abstract
A visual companion of the Wolf-Rayet star HD 65865 at approximately 1" has been detected. The spectra of both components, obtained at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory, are analized in order to study the relation between the Wolf-Rayet star and its A companion.
