Abstract
The Instituto e Geofisico (IAG) # has had its optics recently upgraded. Following the efforts to improve its efficiency and versatility, a new microcomputer based on-line data acquisition system has been recently installed. Its main features are described together with the now added cat)abilities of tlie instrument. A detailed description of the new software and hardware is being submitted to P.A.S.P..
