Implications of Dust for the Radiation Spectrum of Shell-Type PN Models

Abstract

We have modeled the dust in extended PNe and found that the traditional methods used to derive dust temperature and dust-to-gas ratio from IRAS 25 and 60 mu m fluxes can be subject to large errors.
