Abstract
In this paper it arises the function and the possible significance of petroglyphs shaped pocitas rocks arises, the methodology is the consideration of archaeological features present in large embedded natural rocks in the cultural landscape and archaeological sites ceremonial significance in several Mesoamerican sites.
