Abstract
Colour excesses and distances of stars of known spectral types close to the planetary nebulae NGC 6565 and NGC 5979 in the plane of the sky are obtained from UBV photoelectric photometry. The colour excess x distance relations are used to determine the nebular distances, which are compared to other estimates available in the literature.Similar Articles
