Abstract
Activity in galactic nuclei manifested in the form of lobes and jets are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the role that integral primeval parameters of bodies of galactic size may play in the problem of activity. These parameters are the total mass, central condensation of mass and energy, magnetic fields and others of minor importance although the effect of interactions between galactic masses may not be ruled out altogether.Similar Articles
