Abstract
The authors have carried out a systematic study of the behaviour of the δm1 metallicity index for SX Phe and high amplitude δ Sct stars. It is shown to be different for the two samples of stars. The δm1 parameter increases or decreases towards the minimum light for the first or second sample, respectively. The m1 index variation is larger when the metal abundance of the star is smaller.Similar Articles
